We accept secure online credit card payments with PayPal.

We accept PayPal, But You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account -> Payment Method Click

Paypal with credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and so on.

*We have had plenty of problems related to credit card wrong usage. Hence I kindly request you to input correct receivable address which should be same with the one indicated in your credit card.

 

 

 

 

Return Policy

1. Unwanted Item Return

A return authorization number is required to return merchandise. Please note : Returns will not be accpeted without an Return Authorization number.

Email at miseamo@naver.com with your order number, name, full contact details, and the model number and quantity of the product you would like to return.

Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.

Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted returns.

2. Model Exchange

2-1. Please contact us prior to returning of the item/s within 7 days after receiving your item.

Kindly specify the following info:
a. Name of the item/s that will be returned.
b. Return reason
c. Your request (Whether it's for and EXCHANGE or REFUND)

2-2 . Please put the items in its original bag or a box and they should be non-used condition.

Don't forget to put a memo with the order number, return reason and request in package.

(If the retunr of the item is incompliant with our return policy, the item will be forwarded back to the sender regrettably)

following reason:

- Item is defective
- We sent a wrong size, color or size.

2-3. You need to show a copy of return receipt so that we can confirm your return.

Please take a picture of your return receipt and attach it to your message.
If you don't show it to us, your request could be fulfilled later than usual.

2-4. We will issue a refund or ship out the exchange after we confirm that the return package is returned to us without problem.

3. Cancellations or Add Items

If you have placed an order and decided that you would like to cacel the order or would like to add more items, we will accept your cancellation up to 24 hours from when the order was placed ,and request to add items will be acceptable before 1 day of shipping.
